LOOKING’s General Manager, Mr. Yu-Feng Chang, has served as an advisor to the association for many years. Through ongoing financial sponsorship, recording device support, and technical collaboration, LOOKING assists the association in advancing its rescue operations and professional training, helping frontline responders enhance operational safety and ensure comprehensive mission documentation in high-risk environments.

The Taichung TIGER WALK SAR Association is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO), officially registered under No. 1080145214, composed of active members from the Taichung Fire Department’s Special Search and Rescue Task Force alongside civilian rescue volunteers. The association is widely recognized for its advanced rescue expertise and operational readiness, with core missions covering mountain and land search and rescue, mountain accident response, humanitarian assistance, complex terrain searches, and advanced rope rescue operations. In particular, its rope rescue capabilities have demonstrated outstanding performance in both domestic and international competitions as well as real-world disaster response missions.

Following the April 3, 2024 Hualien earthquake, members of the association were deployed alongside the Taichung Fire Department’s rescue task force at the earliest stage, utilizing rope rescue techniques to evacuate injured civilians. In September 2025, after severe flooding caused by the collapse of a landslide-dammed lake in Guangfu Township, Hualien, the association mobilized volunteers to assist with environmental cleanup, mud removal, demolition of damaged structures, and community reconstruction. Across numerous disaster prevention and response operations, Tiger Walk SAR has consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication and operational excellence.

Throughout multiple rescue missions and training activities, the association has utilized recording devices provided by LOOKING Technology to document operations, such as the dual lens helmet camera-DB5 and the LX2 Trekcam with neck mount to be a bodycam to conduct post-mission reviews, and support professional training programs. Stable and real-time visual documentation not only enhances the recording during the harsh and low-lighting environment but also serves as a critical foundation for evaluation, knowledge transfer, and long-term capacity building—transforming each high-risk rescue mission into valuable experience for future life-saving efforts.

錄得清總經理張裕豐多年前受邀擔任臺中市虎行特種搜救協會顧問至今，並持續透過款項贊助、影像記錄設備支援以及技術交流等多元方式，支持協會推動各項搜救與專業訓練工作，協助第一線搜救人員在高風險環境中提升任務執行安全性與行動記錄的完整性。

臺中市虎行特種搜救協會為一專業非營利組織（NGO），立案字號為府社團字第 1080145214 號，由臺中市消防局特搜大隊現職成員與民間搜救志工共同組成。協會以高度專業的搜救技術與行動力聞名，長期投入重大災害現場，並以上山下海、不畏艱難的救援精神深受各界肯定。其主要任務涵蓋山域、水域及陸域搜救、山難救援、人道救援、困難地形搜索與高難度繩索救援作業，其中繩索救援能力在國內外賽事與實際救援行動中皆有卓越表現。

在2024 年 4 月 3 日花蓮大地震發生後不久，虎行特搜協會隊員即隨同臺中市消防局特搜大隊第一時間進駐災區，運用繩索技術協助受傷民眾撤離；2025 年 9 月花蓮光復鄉因堰塞湖潰堤造成災情，協會亦動員多名志工投入環境清理、淤泥清運、受損設施拆除及家園重建等工作。在多起重大災害防救行動中，虎行特搜始終全力以赴不遺餘力，展現民間搜救組織不可或缺的關鍵角色。

在多次實際救援與訓練行動中，協會曾使用由錄得清提供的影像記錄設備(頭戴式DB5及掛脖式LX2)進行任務過程記錄、行動回顧與教育訓練。穩定且清楚的完整長時影像記錄，不僅於困難的低光源環境清晰記錄，也成為後續檢討、經驗累積與專業傳承的重要依據，使每一次高風險救援行動都能轉化為未來守護生命的寶貴資產。
