Important: These Terms govern access to and use of LOOKING U.S.-directed website pages, forms, product registrations, warranty requests, dealer inquiries, services, and any current or future online purchasing functions. Separate policies, including the Privacy Policy, Limited Warranty Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, are incorporated by reference where applicable.

1. Agreement Between User and LOOKING

Welcome to https://www.lookingtaiwan.com/ and the U.S.-directed pages, forms, features, and services associated with LOOKING TECH USA INC (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated for U.S. users by LOOKING TECH USA INC (“LOOKING USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), in coordination where applicable with LOOKING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. and authorized service providers.

By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, registering a product, requesting warranty or service
support, creating an account, communicating electronically with us, placing an order, or otherwise using a Site feature, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information through it.

For purchases, product registration, warranty claims, or other designated submissions, you may be required to check a box confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.

2. Scope and Incorporated Policies

These Terms apply to website browsing, contact and inquiry forms, product and warranty registration, service requests, dealer or business inquiries, customer reviews and submissions, account features, and any current or future online ordering or payment functions.

If a specific policy conflicts with these Terms on a subject primarily governed by that policy, the more specific policy controls, subject to applicable law.

3. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Your use of the Site is subject to the LOOKING Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.

Visiting the Site, submitting forms, sending email, registering a product, or communicating electronically constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, service updates, and other communications electronically. Electronic communications may satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing, except where another form is required by law.

4. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase, complete a warranty registration, submit a binding service request, or otherwise enter into an
agreement through the Site.

If you are under the applicable age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and complete any purchase, warranty registration, or other binding submission on your behalf. 

The Site is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and LOOKING USA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen without legally required parental consent.

5. Accounts, Forms, and Submitted Information

If the Site offers an account feature, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity occurring under your account to the extent permitted by law. You must promptly notify LOOKING USA of suspected unauthorized access or misuse.

Information submitted through an account, contact form, product registration, warranty claim, service request, dealer inquiry, or order must be accurate, complete, and authorized. We may suspend, delay, reject, or terminate a submission or account involving fraud, security risks, false information, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Product Information, Pricing, Orders, and Payment

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Product images, colors, packaging, specifications, included accessories, firmware, features, and availability may change due to production updates, regional differences, supplier changes, or continuous improvement. Minor variations that do not materially reduce core functionality do not constitute a misrepresentation.

If online purchasing is offered, an order is an offer to purchase and remains subject to acceptance. An
automated confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of pricing or specification errors, inventory problems, payment failure, suspicious activity, address problems, system errors, legal restrictions, or suspected fraud. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to processor timelines and applicable law.

7. Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Shipping, delivery, loss, damage, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranty coverage, repair, replacement, service charges, and related procedures are governed by the applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Limited Warranty Policy, warranty card, product listing, and written information provided at or before purchase.

For eligible products sold by LOOKING TECH USA INC in the United States, completion of the required online product registration is required to qualify for the full two-year limited warranty described in the applicable Limited Warranty Policy and written warranty materials. The two-year period begins on the original purchase date regardless of when registration is completed.

Submission of a registration, return request, or warranty claim does not guarantee approval. Eligibility and remedies are determined under the applicable written policy, proof of purchase, product condition, submitted information, and applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
• Use the Site in violation of law, regulation, sanctions, export restrictions, or third-party rights;
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas;
• Introduce malware, automated attacks, scraping tools, excessive requests, or code that disrupts the Site;
• Misrepresent identity, ownership, purchase history, product condition, or warranty eligibility;
• Submit fraudulent claims, altered documents, false reviews, or manipulated evidence;
• Circumvent security or technical protections except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or
• Harass users or staff, interfere with support operations, or misuse communication channels.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, manuals, software, code, layout, and design, are owned by or licensed to LOOKING USA, LOOKING
TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., or their licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal use or legitimate business inquiry. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse
engineer, remove proprietary notices from, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.

10. User Content, Reviews, Photos, and Videos

The Site may permit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, installation examples, troubleshooting materials, feedback, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User
Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant LOOKING USA and LOOKING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, display, and use it as reasonably necessary to provide support, administer claims, improve products and services, prevent fraud, and operate the Site.

We will not publicly use identifiable customer photos, videos, license plates, personal information, or testimonial content for advertising without separate permission or reasonable de-identification, except where content is expressly submitted for public posting. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content. These Terms do not prohibit or penalize honest consumer reviews.

11. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Amazon, payment processors, shipping carriers, app stores, mobile applications, map services, analytics providers, social networks, dealers, and installers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

LOOKING USA does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, acts, omissions, or independent services, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

12. Website and Service Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, or immediate correction of every inaccuracy.

Site information does not replace vehicle-specific installation instructions, professional automotive advice, legal advice, or the applicable user manual. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOOKING USA disclaims warranties concerning the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy. Product warranties are governed separately by applicable written warranty terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKING USA, LOOKING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LOOKING USA THROUGH THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). PRODUCT WARRANTY REMEDIES AND PRODUCT-RELATED CLAIMS REMAIN SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN WARRANTY, SALES LAW, AND NON-WAIVABLE LEGAL RIGHTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful injury, unlawful conduct, or another obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOOKING USA,
LOOKING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., and their officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, material breach of these Terms, fraudulent submission, infringement of thirdparty rights, or User Content you submit.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify LOOKING for LOOKING’s own product defect, negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.

15. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit or arbitration, the party asserting a dispute must provide written notice describing the claim, relevant facts, requested relief, and contact information. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or filing an eligible claim in small claims court.

Notices to LOOKING USA must be sent to sales-dept@lookingtaiwan.com with the subject line “Legal Dispute Notice,” unless another notice method is required by law.

16. Binding Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Small Claims

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT FOR ELIGIBLE SMALL CLAIMS OR MATTERS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE ARBITRATED, DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR A COVERED TRANSACTION WILL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator may award the same individual
remedies available in court, subject to applicable law. Hearings may be conducted remotely, by documents, or at a reasonably convenient location as permitted by the AAA rules.

Claims must be brought only in an individual capacity. Class, collective, consolidated, representative, and private-attorney-general proceedings are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law. The arbitrator may not combine claims of different persons without the written agreement of all parties.

Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to sales-dept@lookingtaiwan.com within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full name, contact information, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the remaining Terms.

17. Governing Law, Venue, Severability, and Entire Agreement

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration or small claims court, the parties consent to the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires another venue.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with incorporated policies and transaction-specific written terms, constitute the entire agreement concerning the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject. No partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship is created by use of the Site.

18. Changes and Contact Information

LOOKING USA may update these Terms prospectively. The current version will display an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Site, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; new affirmative consent may be requested for material changes affecting dispute resolution or other significant rights.
